We have removed old Baxi combination boiler and replaced with Vaillant ecotec plus 825. Old boiler was leaking water from many components, it was very old and not worth repair. Apliance location is in upstairs hallway and because gas meter is outside the building we had to upgrade the gas pipe to bigger diameter. Only with correctly calculated gas pipe gas boilers and other apliances can work as they should and have full combustion.
